Sonia Agarwal in Thiruttu Payale

“Thiruttu Payale”, starring Jeevan (of University and Kaaka Kaaka fame) and Sonia Agarwal, released for Tamil New Year on April 14, 2006. Sonia Agarwal plays Rosy, a cosmopolitan girl, who lives in Australia, and who Jeevan falls in love with. She “oozes with glamour” in the first half, and I am sure it will be a treat to our eyes.
Susi Ganesan, director, says Sonia Agarwal was so impressed with the script she decided to be part of the movie despite her busy schedule. From what we have seen in Five Star, Susi Ganesan’s last movie, and given that there have been only three movies released on Tamil New Year (Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkirathu and Tirupathi are the other two), and one of them - I need not mention which - will be nobody’s competition, let’s hope Thiruttu Payale does good business and keeps Sonia Agarwal in the race.
